TL;DR

Product Owner (IT Services): Driving the development and improvement of IT products within the CIP value stream with an accent on gathering requirements, prioritizing work, and ensuring maximum value for colleagues. Focus on managing product backlog, tracking metrics, and acting as the voice of the customer to ensure business value.

Location: Hybrid (Lisbon)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap.
  • Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively to keep them informed.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the ITS Product Chapter.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working with Technology Infrastructure in a support, delivery, or project role.
  • Proven experience delivering Technology Infrastructure transformation programmes and projects.
  • Prior experience in a product-related role or environment, working in Agile delivery teams.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner).
  • Experience working with Agile collaboration (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.) and product management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrable experience of ‘lean thinking’ – continuously looking to minimize waste and drive efficiency.
