What you will do
- Own the Long Range Plan, aligning capital allocation and growth assumptions with the company’s long-term vision.
- Build and maintain models to measure and improve unit economics across customers, segments, cohorts, and channels.
- Deliver clear, executive-ready materials for monthly reviews and board discussions.
- Serve as a key support lead for future fundraising efforts and other strategic projects.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders on scenario modeling and business case development.
- Define and track KPIs and leading indicators of business performance to drive operational improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, strategy & operations, FP&A, or related finance roles at a fast-paced, scaling company.
- Experience with subscription business models, including an understanding of ARR, revenue, retention, and unit economics.
- Exceptionally strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch.
- Ability to translate data and analysis into clear narratives for executives and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and urgency, with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
- English: B2+ required.
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
