What you will do

  • Create high-quality content for digital channels to drive growth and build brand equity.
  • Translate brand priorities and product stories into clear content ideas, messaging, and assets.
  • Support photo and video productions, including shot lists and on-set coordination.
  • Adapt content across formats, ensuring consistent brand voice and editorial quality.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Partnerships, Growth, and Retention teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage vendor, agency, and freelance relationships for project alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Film, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, creative design, and development, ideally within luxury, retail, or lifestyle.
  • Proficiency in content creation and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
  • Basic video editing or motion experience.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, editorial best practices, copywriting, and brand voice.
  • Experience working in all social media platforms and knowledge of content performance metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize content effectiveness.

Nice to have

  • Photography, videography, or styling experience.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital best practices.
  • Experience with luxury retail and/or eCommerce D2C brands.
  • Understanding of retail calendar and seasonal process.
  • Passion for interior design and the luxury home industry.
