Customer Service Representative

TL;DR
Customer Service Representative: Handling customer inquiries and processing orders, assisting with account updates and verification, and resolving order discrepancies with an accent on prompt responses, meeting daily ticket targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Focus on driving revenue through order processing, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating across internal teams for process improvement.
Location: Candidates must reside in Utah and be available for training at the South Salt Lake City headquarters. This position will transition to fully remote after the training period.

What you will do
- Provide prompt customer service via email and phone, managing tickets and complex issues.
- Create quotes, process customer orders, and suggest products to drive revenue.
- Verify account discrepancies and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate internally to improve processes and documentation for help centers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and share product/process feedback with cross-functional teams.
- Support Managed Service Providers and Resellers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience in customer service or a related role (B2B SaaS highly preferred).
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate ownership, honesty, collaboration, and a focus on improvement.
- Must reside in Utah.
- Available for training at the South Salt Lake City headquarters.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar help desk/CRM tools.
