TL;DR

Manager, Solutions Engineering - Enterprise (AI): Leading and scaling the AMER Enterprise Solutions Engineering function to drive technical sales wins with an accent on managing complex enterprise-grade integrations, global deployments, and rigorous security/compliance requirements. Focus on growing and mentoring a team of Solutions Engineers, influencing the future product roadmap with AI capabilities, and achieving measurable impact on pipeline and expansion.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California or New York, New York. Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $265,000–$310,000 per year

What you will do

  • Grow and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers serving enterprise customers across AMER.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to advance complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Lead technical wins and drive measurable impact on pipeline and expansion.
  • Influence future product roadmap through customer insights, especially for hirify.global AI.
  • Serve as a key leader within the AMER Leadership team and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years directly growing, managing, inspiring, and mentoring teams of Solutions professionals.
  • Fluency with rapidly evolving AI technology and its practical applications in enterprise productivity.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Technical depth in enterprise SaaS integrations, platform architecture, security (SSO, SCIM, DLP, audit logging), and APIs.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, California or New York, New York.
  • Work from office required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Nice to have

  • Experience at high-growth SaaS companies selling to Fortune 500 enterprises.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and using AI tools to improve enterprise workflows.
  • Background in enterprise software, collaboration platforms, or productivity tools.
  • Experience with enterprise security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
