CRM Specialist (iGaming): Developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns to drive business KPIs and customer engagement, with an accent on optimizing the marketing calendar and tailoring VIP retention strategies. Focus on coordinating CRM campaigns, ensuring content compliance, and utilizing data analysis for performance measurement.

Location: Remote (global). This role also supports hybrid work arrangements from the office in Ta' Xbiex, Malta, or other company offices in the UK, Italy, Austria, Serbia, Romania, and UAE.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive core business KPIs.
  • Optimize the existing Marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate and execute Marketing campaigns using CRM tools.
  • Ensure all CRM and promotional content are compliant with industry standards.
  • Develop tailored VIP Retention and Reactivation marketing strategies.
  • Utilize data analysis to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide operational support to the CRM team, including campaign analysis and reports.
  • Liaise with key Stakeholders including Design, CRM, and Content teams.

Requirements

  • Proven CRM experience of at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Experience using Optimove is a must.
  • Experience in the iGaming Industry.
  • A keen interest in sports betting, casino, and understanding of betting clients.
  • High Level of English - written communication and grammar, listening and verbal skills (C1).
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
