What you will do

• Maintain strict confidentiality as customer privacy is a top priority.
• Deliver high-quality labeled data across a range of modalities including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks.
• Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, suggesting changes to unblock operations.
• Provide floor support to clarify internal queries during execution.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in German language.
• Written and spoken knowledge of English (CEFR B2+).
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient research skills with proven attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
• 2-3 years project coordination or management experience.
