What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions and APIs in close collaboration with business, ML engineering, platform, and integration teams.
• Architect and implement scalable AI applications and components using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Bring AI models to production as scalable APIs and integrations within the NN landscape.
• Extract and generalize reusable AI modules from project work, driving assetization for wider adoption.
• Define and champion AI engineering best practices (coding standards, design guidelines, testing/evaluation frameworks) through code reviews and mentorship.
• Continuously contribute to innovation initiatives and explore new technologies for assetization and reuse.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working in a professional software engineering environment, delivering and operating production systems.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong skills in software design and architecture (SOLID, Clean code, design patterns), testing, observability, and reliability.
• Mentorship experience, including leading code reviews and driving design reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing AI solutions or applications using Gen AI (e.g., LLM Workflows, agentic frameworks) based on business requirements.
• Experience with RAG systems, LLMOps (e.g., prompt management, evaluations).
• Experience building reusable Python libraries/SDKs for other teams (clear interfaces, semantic versioning, packaging).
