What you will do

• Design and develop a large-scale LLM training platform.
• Maintain ML infrastructure and improve its performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Improve job scheduling strategies to minimize resource fragmentation.
• Contribute to the development of Nebius Token Factory, an inference and fine-tuning platform for AI models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong software engineering skills, primarily with Python and Go.
• Experience developing web services.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, version control, and unit testing.
• High rigor and attention to quality in engineering work.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.

• Experience with language models or NLP technologies.
