What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality, scalable technical solutions across multiple hirify.global services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.
• Own and advocate for the health and quality of the systems, including participating in on-call rotations.
• Write architecture briefs, proposals, and build prototypes for planetary scale systems.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between software components.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, maintaining and delivering production software.
• Proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Minimum 2 years experience in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Minimum 2 years experience using general purpose programming languages (e.g., Go, Ruby).
• Minimum 3 years experience with cloud environments and/or Cloud Native Compute Foundation (CNCF) concepts.
