What you will do

• Design, implement, and evolve core APIs enabling AI agents to take meaningful actions across hirify.global’s integration ecosystem.
• Build systems that support scalable orchestration, robust logging, and high-availability execution.
• Influence core performance for Model Context Protocol (MCP), focusing on memory, context windows, and token usage.
• Integrate with hirify.global’s existing execution infrastructure and build interfaces between LLM clients and hirify.global.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Platform, and Sales teams to ensure the protocol serves both external and internal needs.
• Drive design decisions prioritizing scalability, performance, security, and clarity for developers and AI systems alike.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex production backend systems.
• Proficiency in writing backend services (Python or Node.js ideal).
• Comfortable with API design, database modeling, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding and leverage of AI tools to accelerate development and build systems that enable others to use AI effectively.
• Experience building or contributing to platform products with a focus on extensibility, documentation, and robust foundations.
• Demonstrates an ownership mindset, taking initiative and communicating effectively, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and product goals.
