What you will do

• Design and implement REST APIs and backend services in Python.
• Architect solutions for scalability, performance, and security.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Utilize AI coding tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate solutions into existing systems.
• Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and REST API development.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, performance tuning).
• Understanding of system architecture principles and scalability patterns.
• Knowledge of security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection).
• Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java or C#.
• Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch (indexing, queries, cluster management).
