What you will do

• Design and build scalable backends and REST APIs.
• Develop solutions using modern LLMs, agentic tools, and AI coding agents.
• Orchestrate multi-step engineering tasks, review AI-generated code, and maintain architectural integrity.
• Set up and maintain shared configuration files for team collaboration.
• Work with microservice architecture and the AWS serverless stack.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or something similar.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer (Python 3.8+).
• Experience in designing and building scalable backends and REST APIs.
• A strong grasp of modern LLMs, agentic tools and real experience building solutions that use them.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in CLI environments.
• Proficiency in context engineering for team collaboration.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience in startups or small teams.

• Experience deploying applications on AWS.
