What you will do

• Lead the development of scalable IAM systems using Python and Django following architectural standards.
• Design and implement asynchronous APIs and workflows utilizing AsyncAPI, Celery, and RabbitMQ.
• Develop secure, RESTful, and event-driven APIs for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (Redis) for performance and security.
• Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to deliver seamless and secure identity solutions.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve team coding standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with Python, including 3+ years with Django or FastAPI.
• Proven experience building and scaling distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on expertise with AsyncAPI, Celery, and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be eligible to work under an employment agreement in Poland, Serbia, Lithuania, Georgia, or Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM tools such as Keycloak, Auth0, or AWS Cognito.
• Knowledge of React, Angular, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
