• Provide direct line management and mentorship to the portfolio team.

Requirements

• Experience in a COO IT or Finance Technology function.
• Strong track record within a matrix-managed global Financial Services firm.
• Expert skills in planning, issue resolution, risk management, and change management.
• Proven line management experience and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholder management.
• Ability to design and implement global operating models.
