What you will do

• Own strategic customer relationships and be the primary technical partner for 10–20 strategic accounts, driving adoption across the product lifecycle.
• Lead customers through production readiness, providing pragmatic architectural guidance for LLM systems (agents, RAG, evals, prompt iteration).
• Build small prototypes, reference implementations, and demos when unblocking customers, turning them into reusable templates.
• Own the technical leadership during high-severity customer moments, coordinating triage, root-cause analysis, and communication.
• Aggregate customer patterns into actionable product feedback and create durable customer-facing assets (docs, guides, best practices).

Requirements

• Senior experience in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, Customer Success Engineer).
• Strong technical foundation in debugging integrations, distributed systems, APIs/SDKs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated work in applied AI / AI engineering, including building, operating, or enabling LLM applications.
• Excellent communication to lead technical meetings, drive decisions, and write effective documentation.
• High ownership to ship artifacts, close loops, and create repeatable systems.
• Must be able to attend the Berlin office one week per month and work within EU timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience with devtools / OSS ecosystems and developer-centric GTM.
• Familiarity with observability concepts (tracing/metrics/logs), data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Track record of technical writing or enablement (workshops, reference architectures, public docs).
