What you will do

• Drive the IT strategy and architecture for Transaction Monitoring and Fraud platforms.
• Lead diverse teams of Business Analysts, Developers, and Infrastructure specialists.
• Manage vendor relationships and outsourced staff to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Own the product roadmap and solution design for Financial Crime technology.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align IT delivery with regulatory mandates.
• Ensure the scalability and resilience of global Compliance systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Technology Management or Product Owner role.
• Strong background in Banking Compliance, Regulatory technology, and Financial Crime.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary IT teams through complex deliveries.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory needs into technical roadmaps.
• Must be able to work hybrid in London, UK.
