What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise IT portfolio governance strategy and operating model.
• Lead multi-year technology investment planning and annual capital budgeting processes.
• Support the senior business team with IT financial reporting and performance metrics.
• Manage project planning, issue identification, and risk mitigation across the portfolio.
• Oversee change management initiatives to ensure seamless strategy execution.
• Provide leadership and line management to a dedicated team.

Requirements

• Background: Proven experience within an Office of the COO (IT) or Finance Technology function
• Industry: Strong track record within a matrix-managed global Financial Services firm
• Project Management: Expert skills in planning, risk management, and issue resolution
• Leadership: Demonstrable line management experience
• Mindset: A highly collaborative approach with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for high-level executive reporting
