What you will do

• Designing and developing brand-new services for hirify.global Engage’s on-site capabilities.
• Working in a modern, cloud-native environment.
• Building scalable and data-driven features with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Collaborating across disciplines to ensure seamless integration into the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Helping define and implement engineering best practices and setting technical standards for the new area.

Requirements

• A few years of experience (around 3-5+ years).
• Comfortable in full-stack development, with a strong backend foundation and an interest in how frontend and data layers come together to create seamless experiences.
• Building and integrating cloud-based services.
• Working with APIs, event-driven architectures, or data-enriched applications
• A mindset for collaboration, clean code, and continuous learning
• Curiosity for AI, analytics, and data-powered features.
• A requirement of eligibility to work at hirify.global is the right to work in the EU without limitations.
