What you will do

• Design and balance the economy for an in-development game title to ensure long-term success.
• Create and implement sophisticated economic models to predict player behavior and guide strategic decisions.
• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into player behaviors and improve retention, social interactions, and monetization.
• Forecast the impact of economic changes through A/B testing and other analytical methods.
• Effectively communicate economic concepts and strategies to partners at all levels.
• Collaborate with other team members, encouraging creativity and analytical thinking aligned with game development goals.

Requirements

• Exemplified experience as a Product Manager responsible for free-to-play game economies.
• Excellent proficiency in spreadsheets, data visualization, and crafting compelling presentations.
• Demonstrated cross-collaboration skills, working effectively with Product, Design, and LiveOps teams.
• Outstanding skills in SQL, R, Python, and/or other analytics and modeling platforms.
• Background in economics with knowledge of its relation to video game economies and business models.
• Comfortable working with not well-defined problems and predicting how current design decisions will affect future players.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant graduate-level degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Finance.
• Strong passion for optimizing F2P mobile games.
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, or comparable team collaboration applications.
