What you will do

• Own game design and major game features/UX from concept to live operations.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to align on project goals and ensure designs are accurately represented in-game.
• Support the design team by providing concise feedback on specs and wireframes.
• Create clear and concise documentation that can be converted into user stories.
• Proactively seek feedback and distil it into inflective solutions.
• Present designs to internal and external stakeholders and deconstruct competitive products for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience as a Lead Game Designer.
• Shipped multiple high-quality products as a Game Designer.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about games.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to work well within a dynamic, cross-discipline, iterative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working on mobile or touch-based games.
• Experience working on live service or live operated games.
• Experience working with free-to-play style games.
• Proficiency in multiple design tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with modern coding languages and game engines.
