📋 Description

• Design and own ops systems; embedded in PDE with KPIs and tooling
• Reduce admin load on leaders via coordination, tooling, reporting
• Prepare reporting for board and all-hands
• Manage cross-functional ops projects; start in PDE, expand later
• Act as thought partner to leadership on priorities
• Own Melbourne office operations with support from Ops

🎯 Requirements

• Strong operational and systems thinking; hands-on
• Turn messy inputs into clear outputs
• Clear written and verbal communication
• End-to-end cross-functional project management
• Nice-to-have: experience with C-suite; scaling SaaS
• Essential tools: Spreadsheets; AI tools; Google Workspace; Slack
