What you will do

• Define and ensure high-quality execution of global strategy alongside C-level and management teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational and financial performance across corporate, regional, and local teams.
• Take ownership of the annual budgeting process, setting profitability and financial targets.
• Identify, implement, and promote best practices from global operations.
• Translate data into meaningful insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance and strategic goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or fast-paced tech/e-commerce.
• Deep critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex business/financial modeling.
• Proven project management skills, capable of driving complex global projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing C-level executives.
• English: B2+ (primary business language)

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or other data querying/processing languages.
