Business Analyst (eCommerce)

TL;DR

Business Analyst (eCommerce): Performing insightful business analyses and developing actionable strategies to enhance client results in the e-commerce landscape with an accent on market research and presentation development. Focus on collaborating on high-impact internal projects and supporting Customer Success leaders.

Location: Munich, Germany. This is an onsite position requiring current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program for working-student status and health insurance in Germany.

Compensation: €18 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform insightful business analyses and propose actionable strategies to enhance client results.
• Develop engaging presentations and materials in English and German for workshops.
• Conduct deep market research, uncovering trends and opportunities within the e-commerce landscape.
• Collaborate on high-impact internal projects, working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Provide support to the leaders and managers of the Customer Success Team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a focus on Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Eligible for working student status and possessing health insurance in Germany.
• Interested in or have a first experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Fluent in both English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, capable of creating compelling data visualizations and presentations.
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
