What you will do

• Lead and deliver the Engineering Roadmap for your teams.
• Design and document elegant, practical solutions as a software architect.
• Drive technology innovation and guide early platform decisions for configurability and reuse.
• Identify and prioritize critical technical debt with iterative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues, identifying preventive measures.
• Bring a customer focus to all engineering design and implementation.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in technical field OR equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 13 years of software development experience in an individual contributor role
• Experience designing, architecting, and building large-scale distributed, data-intensive, and resilient systems.
• Deep expertise in SQL & No-SQL datastore choices.
• Experience in cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of Microservices or Component-based Architecture.
• Polyglot in programming languages with ability to learn new technologies.
• Clear spoken and written communication
