What you will do

• Build and maintain hirify.global's servers and client components within an agile development team.
• Focus on customer engagement and feedback to ensure products are designed effectively.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new product ideas from the ground up.
• Iterate with product management and customers to gather feedback and input.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of C++.
• Experience designing and building high-performance, secure, scalable, observable, supportable, and maintainable backend services and APIs.
• Experience with public cloud technologies (e.g., AWS or Azure).
• Experience with cryptographic primitives (TLS, PKI) and HTTP API design and development.
• Proficiency with modern software engineering development and automation tools like Git, GHA, and Jenkins.
