Salary: $184,558–$249,700 USD/year

What you will do

• Build the Feature Flags & Experimentation platform (A/B testing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Lead the design for the Experimentation Platform and integrate with business-critical applications.
• Develop and operate high-scale data products focusing on trustworthiness, debuggability, and reliability.
• Engineer sophisticated data pipelines using Airflow and Spark.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to reduce experiment cycle times and maintain data trust.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7 years of experience OR Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
• 5 years of experience with C# or Java.
• 3 years of experience with large scale distributed systems coordinating thousands of servers across the cloud.
• 3 years of experience building and maintaining performance-critical systems with high quality.
• 3 years of experience building feature flags/AB testing platforms and analytics data pipelines with petabyte-scale data.
• 3 years of experience leading and completing projects with technical ambiguity and cross-team collaborations.
