What you will do

• Understand user needs through research and testing, using insights to design efficient products.
• Design user flows using design system components, identifying and suggesting improvements to existing patterns.
• Craft polished interfaces that evolve the visual design, considering accessibility and clarity.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to ship high-quality features.
• Operate independently, balancing iteration speed and design quality.
• Connect design choices to product vision and help shape product strategy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software product design
• Experience building user-centric products in a B2B environment
• Experience building interfaces for AI products
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Good qualitative user research skills
• Strong writing ability
• Execution mindset; ability to set and meet deadlines
• Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Nice to have

• Experience using, contributing to, and managing design systems
• B2B experience working on dashboards and data visualizations
