Summer Internship Program 2026 (Fintech): Gaining exposure to real projects and problems within a fast-growing fintech company with an accent on learning how the company operates in dynamic, cross-functional environments. Focus on supporting day-to-day projects across various functions, collaborating with teammates, and taking ownership of clearly scoped projects.

Location: Must work from hirify.global’s SoHo office Monday to Friday in New York, New York, United States.

Compensation: $20–$30/hour. This converts to approximately $3,200–$4,800/month.

hirify.global creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies, helping digital banks, fintech, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

What you will do

Support day-to-day projects within your assigned team (e.g., Engineering, Product, Business Operations, Marketing, or other functions).
Collaborate cross-functionally with teammates and stakeholders across hirify.global.
Assist with process improvements, internal tooling, or operational workflows.
Participate in team meetings, reviews, and discussions to better understand how hirify.global builds and scales products.
Take ownership of clearly scoped projects and drive them to completion with guidance from your mentor and team.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate, graduate, or bootcamp program within the past 2 years.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Clear and thoughtful verbal and written communication.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn how things work.
Ability to take initiative while knowing when to ask for guidance.
