What you will do

• Design and execute high-impact engagement strategies for product adoption in your territory.
• Serve as an expert Solutions Architect, building technical credibility with stakeholders.
• Enable clients through workshops and developing customer-facing collateral.
• Influence the product roadmap by providing data-driven insights to Product and Engineering teams.
• Handle complex technical challenges as a tier-3 escalation point for the AI/BI product line.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role, driving high-level data strategy and product adoption.
• Proficiency in programming, debugging, and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Broad experience and understanding across data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming.
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.
• English: B2 required
