Location: US, Oregon, Hillsboro, US, California, Folsom, US, California, Santa Clara, US, Texas, Austin, US, Arizona, Phoenix. This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned hirify.global site and off-site.

Salary: $77,300.00-104,600.00 USD (Hourly Role)

What you will do

• Contribute to designing, building, and testing the technology that's at the core of hirify.global's powerful processors and platforms.
• Work in diverse areas of Silicon Hardware Engineering, including roles in Silicon Architecture, Circuit Design, General Design, Layout, Logic, Photonics, Physical Design, TFM, Verification, Product Engineering, and Validation and Debug.
• Debug and validate hardware designs.
• Perform hardware validation and debugging.

Requirements

• Candidate must be enrolled/pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field with 3+ months of educational or industry experience.
• Experience or developing skills in Debugging, Hardware Architecture, Data Analysis, Physical and Low Power Design, Power and Performance Analysis and Optimization, Programming/Scripting Languages (C/C++, Python, Perl, Tcl), Systems Architecture, Hardware Design Knowledge (RTL, Verilog, VLSI), Test Engineering, Hardware Validation and Debug.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.
• Must be available to start work during Spring 2026 and Summer 2026, with consideration also given to candidates interested in year-long internship or co-op opportunities.
• This position is not available in the state of Colorado.
