What you will do

• Analyze different models of corporate incubators.
• Propose a suitable corporate incubator model best suited to hirify.global's needs and ambitions.
• Contribute to the advancement of a playbook framing various aspects of the company's incubator.
• Define governance models, performance indicators, processes, and tools for the incubator.
• Leverage creativity to imagine the future of training, simulation, and immersive technologies.

Requirements

• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Quebec.
• Alternatively, a student with a work permit who has been in Quebec for at least 5 years.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed post-secondary studies (CEGEP, college, undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate).
• Available between March 9 and April 3, 2026, dedicating between 80 to 160 hours.
• Ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically.
• Good communication, writing, and synthesis skills in French and/or English.
• Possess the necessary equipment for remote work (computer, network access).
