What you will do
- Execute a content strategy aligning with corporate messaging to reposition hirify.global.
- Own LLM and SEO visibility, optimizing content for Google and LLM rankings.
- Build and manage the global editorial calendar for consistent, high-quality content.
- Act as primary editor and key writer, working with internal engineers and external freelancers for blogs and articles.
- Utilize AI writing and research tools to scale content production while maintaining brand voice.
- Establish transparent processes for content production across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional writing or content marketing experience.
- Background in journalism, reporting, or professional blogging is highly preferred.
- Fast, versatile writer capable of transforming interviews into provocative, SEO/LLM-optimized blog posts.
- Proficiency in using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for brainstorming, outlining, and drafting.
- Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn SQL and database market nuances.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interviewing stakeholders to extract stories.
- Excellent organizational skills to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
- Work authorization for Canada, USA, Dominican Republic, Bulgaria, or UK.
