What you will do
- Lead initiatives to boost client adoption and ensure long-term retention of specialized solutions.
- Act as the primary expert for existing Trading clients, providing hands-on training and developing technical solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D and Go-To-Market teams to deliver product feedback and shape the product roadmap.
- Play a key role in the pre-sales process, leading detailed discovery, conducting demos, and crafting documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating high performance in capital markets, financial services, WealthTech, RIAs, or family offices.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management concepts and trading workflows.
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to design thoughtful technical solutions for sophisticated clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

Nice to have
- CFA and/or CAIA certifications.
