What you will do

• Lead and contribute significantly to multiple cross-organizational projects.
• Design and implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and automation capabilities.
• Develop automation for issue detection and correction.
• Implement monitoring, alarms, and runbooks to enable microservices operations.
• Provide technical direction and leadership to junior team members.
• Manage and participate in on-call rotations for critical systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on Synthetic Monitoring and Reporting.
• Ability to lead software engineering projects from requirement to release.
• Proficiency programming in Python, .NET, PowerShell, PowerBI, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (AppInsights, Monitor, LightHouse, SQL DB, Log Analytics, KQL).
• English: B2 required.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP, Contact Center).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Connectors).
• Azure Certifications such as Developer, DevOps Engineer, AI Engineer, IoT Developer.
