What you will do

• Brainstorm and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, display ads, and PPC.
• Craft compelling slogans and core content that resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually stunning representations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements to boost performance and enhance conversion rates.
• Contribute to keyword research, content optimization, and ad campaign management for SEM initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in (Digital) Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in German to effectively communicate and engage with the target audience.
• Strong understanding and operational capabilities in PPC, SEM, and social media marketing channels.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
