What you will do

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces for web-based applications in the Logistics industry.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions.
• Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems aligned with brand guidelines and product vision.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and validation to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from concept to delivery.
• Create, test, and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing UI/UX for digital products, ideally in complex or data-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work and visual design quality.
• Proven experience working with design systems, rapid prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• High proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
• Good communication skills are required.
