What you will do

• Lead the design of complex user flows and key product areas.
• Drive usability improvements through research and testing initiatives.
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity interface concepts, and interactive prototypes for validation.
• Develop interaction patterns and scalable interface components, ensuring consistent application of design systems.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Collaborate closely with development and product leadership, and mentor other designers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in UX and UI design.
• Proven track record delivering complex product experiences.
• Strong expertise in UX and UI design principles, including accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience leading user research and usability testing initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and collaborating effectively across teams and client environments.
• Upper-intermediate English skills and German language skills for effective collaboration.
