What you will do
- Define and design the end-to-end delegate and visitor experience across the digital ecosystem.
- Create cohesive and consistent UX across multiple products and touchpoints.
- Lead UX thinking to simplify registration flows and improve conversion.
- Design personalization strategies to enhance relevance for different audience groups.
- Map customer journeys and service blueprints to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing UX for complex digital products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, journey mapping, and service design.
- Experience designing across ecosystems rather than single products.
- Ability to balance user needs with commercial and operational realities.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Sketch, or similar.
Nice to have
- Experience in events, marketplaces, SaaS, or large-scale consumer platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, registration platforms, event apps, or identity management.
