What you will do

• Define and design the end-to-end delegate and visitor experience across the digital ecosystem.
• Create cohesive and consistent UX across multiple products and touchpoints.
• Lead UX thinking to simplify registration flows and improve conversion.
• Design personalization strategies to enhance relevance for different audience groups.
• Map customer journeys and service blueprints to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing UX for complex digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, journey mapping, and service design.
• Experience designing across ecosystems rather than single products.
• Ability to balance user needs with commercial and operational realities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Sketch, or similar.

Nice to have

• Experience in events, marketplaces, SaaS, or large-scale consumer platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, registration platforms, event apps, or identity management.
