What you will do

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing public projects and "skills" built within Anthropic Claude, ensuring business continuity.
• Optimize complex, multi-step prompts for financial services workflows, including compliance checks and suitability recommendations.
• Provide direct day-to-day user support, acting as a help desk for outputs or context limits.
• Support a user base of 500+ people, including non-technical teams transitioning from manual processes.
• Document AI architectures, best practices, processes, and controls to formalise ways of working.
• Assist in improving the technical foundations behind automated agents, refining LLM logic with Python and JSON.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise with the Anthropic Claude ecosystem, including model behaviour and advanced prompting techniques.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering for complex, multi-step workflows in production environments.
• Ability to read, understand, and maintain Python code and JSON used by AI agents.
• Strong operational mindset focused on stability, adoption, and day-to-day reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for supporting non-technical users.
• Familiarity working in a highly regulated environment (wealth management / finance), where accuracy and compliance are critical.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI adoption programmes at scale (hundreds of users).
• Experience building or maintaining LLM-powered internal tools (agents, workflow libraries, prompt templates).
