What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable landing page services for customer acquisition.
• Define and evolve service, API, and data models for landing page systems.
• Set technical direction, standards, and best practices for engineering within the Landing Pages team.
• Drive experimentation and data-informed decision making to optimize conversion and SEO.
• Mentor and elevate other engineers, fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve product outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and operating large-scale, customer-facing web applications or services.
• Expertise in designing and implementing service architectures, API design, and data modeling for high-traffic systems.
• Proven ability to take technical ownership across a broad domain and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Kotlin/Java) for scalable, distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
• Must be based in Rome, Italy, with a flexible work model.
