What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable backend solutions.
• Design and maintain high-quality backend services using Python and Domain Driven Design patterns.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
• Optimize backend features to ensure maximum performance and scalability.
• Partner with DevOps engineers to improve deployment and maintenance processes.
• Write unit tests and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in backend development focusing on Python.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs (e.g., FastApi) and using Git.
• Experience with Kafka for event-driven architectures and Postgres/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Docker and software methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of gRPC and protobuf.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
