What you will do

• Build backend services for client portal and mobile app account management including profiles, settings, and notifications.
• Integrate with other domains, ensuring predictable statuses, error handling, and pending states.
• Design architecture and API contracts for scalable services, process and state management, and event-driven consistency.
• Own production reliability, covering observability, resilience, releases, and incident management based on SRE philosophy.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, client data protection, actions audits, and vulnerability management.

Requirements

• You consistently put customer value and team goals above everything else in decision-making.
• Demonstrated engineering mindset, ability to create in uncertainty, and navigate complex systems.
• Proven experience building backend services and APIs in Go for high-load services within the fintech industry.
• Experience designing integrations across systems, including async flows, pending states, and data reconciliation.
• Ability to run reliable services in production: monitoring, observability, compliance, resilience, and safe releases.
• Commitment to engineering quality through writing tests and automating quality checks (integration, contract, E2E).
• AppSec culture: designing internet-facing services with a threat model mindset and strong data/access protection practices.
• DevOps/SRE foundation, including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and performance/load work.
• English: C1/C2 – Advanced/Fluent required for daily communication in international teams and technical discussions.
