Salary: €4,975 – €6,725 gross per month.

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale a robust ads platform integrated into the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Shape development standards for Golang-based services.
• Collaborate with backend and site reliability teams to ensure 99.99% service availability.
• Implement and optimize critical performance metrics and service alerts.
• Conduct code reviews and explore AI-driven automation for engineering workflows.
• Deploy code frequently using a continuous integration and delivery pipeline.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in backend engineering with expertise in Golang or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling AdTech solutions.
• Practical approach to solving complex problems while avoiding over-engineering.
• Capacity to balance immediate feature needs with long-term system stability.
• Strong communication skills for cross-domain collaboration.
• Readiness to learn and adapt to a tech stack including Go, Ruby, Scala, and MySQL.

Nice to have

• Experience with data streaming technologies like Apache Flink.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience applying Agile and Lean methodologies in high-growth environments.
