Salary: €4,975–€6,725 gross per month

What you will do

• Build a robust and scalable internal ads platform alongside backend and site reliability engineers.
• Shape Golang standards and apply Agile/Lean principles in your work.
• Collaborate with other developers through GitHub pull requests and code reviews, actively looking for solutions to use AI in automating the reviewing process.
• Take ownership of critical alerts and business metrics to ensure services achieve 99.99% availability.
• Work with a diverse tech stack including Go, Ruby, Scala, MySQL, Prometheus, Grafana, and Apache Flink.
• Apply different levels of testing, from unit to performance, to investigate various potential bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Solid backend engineering skills, with expertise in Golang or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and scaling AdTech solutions.
• Eagerness to master new technologies and concepts, embrace new challenges, and grow as a specialist.
• Practical thinking, choosing the best solutions, avoiding over-engineering, and prioritizing simplicity.
