TL;DR
Loyalty Lead (CRM) (Marketing Automation): Overseeing lifecycle marketing, newsletters and loyalty campaigns across consumer and business segments with an accent on multi-channel execution and technical integrations. Focus on driving business KPIs, optimizing conversion and churn, and implementing advanced segmentation and A/B testing.
Location: Remote (Global). Candidates already based in Cyprus are considered.
Salary: 3 300 — 5 800 €/month net

What you will do
- Develop and lead CRM strategy and execution for lifecycle, partnership, and product initiatives.
- Manage and deliver campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Drive continuous improvement of business KPIs, specifically focusing on conversions and churn.
- Integrate product/city launches and key event moments into lifecycle programs using automation and personalization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Design, and Engineering teams on technical integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM campaign management.
- Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Iterable.
- Proven expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, including design and post-campaign analysis.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to independently analyze engagement and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting and templating languages for personalization.
