What you will do

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications for processing and managing large volumes of complex business data.
• Join an agile team, taking ownership of a central, data-intensive system for real-time insights and decision support.
• Contribute across the entire development lifecycle, from analysis and design to deployment and operations.
• Work end-to-end on applications, gaining deep insights into architecture and functionality.
• Collaborate with platform teams, leveraging modern tools and technologies for scalable solutions.
• Share expertise and drive technical excellence within the developer community.

Requirements

• Experience in developing backend services with Kotlin, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience in developing frontend applications with Vue, React, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture and engineering principles (Clean Code, modular design, design patterns).
• Proficient in English and willing to develop German language skills.
• Degree in IT with a focus on application development or an IT apprenticeship with relevant qualifications.
