Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing an AI-native Employee Experience Platform, enhancing web-based clients and RESTful services, with an accent on modern WYSIWYG editor development and high-quality, tested code. Location: Hybrid role, based in Leipzig, Germany. Also available in Berlin and Chemnitz.

Salary: Competitive Compensation including LTIP (unit-based Long Term Incentive Plan).

What you will do

• Improve and develop web-based clients (including native apps) and RESTful web services.
• Work in a cross-functional scrum team, producing high-quality and tested code.
• Give and receive feedback in code reviews and continuously learn and share knowledge.
• Take ownership of features, quality, and the working environment.
• Work iteratively, ensuring a good CI/CD pipeline and automation.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in React.js, TypeScript, and Java/Kotlin.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB, Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of REST and Microservices.
• Experience in an agile environment.
