Senior Fullstack Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer: Improving and developing web-based clients, including native apps, and RESTful web services with an accent on high-quality and tested code. Focus on proactively taking ownership of your work and continuously learning and sharing knowledge with your peers.

Location: Hybrid work in Berlin, Chemnitz, or Leipzig, Germany

What you will do

• Improve and develop web-based clients, including native apps.
• Develop RESTful web services.
• Produce high-quality and tested code in a cross-functional scrum team.
• Give and receive valuable feedback in code reviews.
• Take ownership of your work and the environment.
• Work iteratively, ensuring a good CI/CD pipeline and automating where possible.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion about the things you build and want to make a difference.
• Experience in React.js, TypeScript, and Java/Kotlin.
• Ideally, you have worked with MongoDB, Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana before and have a good understanding of REST and Microservices.
• Preferably, you have worked in an agile environment before.
• Good English communication skills.
• Understanding and appreciative diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
