What you will do

• Collect quantitative and qualitative customer data from various functions.
• Create new surveys to gather customer feedback across geographies.
• Combine all available data to create a comprehensive customer database.
• Identify customer segments and personas based on various segmentations.
• Extract useful insights to steer hirify.global’s product roadmap.
• Represent customer needs and expectations in internal planning and prioritization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience with customer data, analytics, marketing, CX, or commercial roles, within the fintech industry or related.
• Ability to work with numbers; strong analytical skills are vital.
• Senior presence, able to work effectively with different functions and foster collaboration.
• Strong self-drive and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communicator, able to present findings and insights to senior audiences.
• BA/BSc in a quantitative field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ethical compass and commitment to integrity.
