What you will do

• Shape and execute creative direction across Meta and Google static and video placements.
• Partner with UA, Creative Strategist, and AI squad for strategy and execution.
• Guide and empower a team of motion and graphic designers to produce high-volume creative assets.
• Lead the production pipeline from marketing research and brief to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Collaborate with the UA team to implement testing strategies and iterate based on performance insights.
• Improve operational efficiency to scale product angle exploration and maintain creative quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years in creative production, with strong experience in performance marketing for mobile apps.
• 2+ years leading creative teams, with a track record of scaling output and improving creative performance.
• Solid knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google ad platforms and formats.
• Experience leading both video and static asset production for user acquisition.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows and production cycles.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Background in motion design and the ability to work hands-on to develop and refine design concepts.
• Experience executing creative strategy for fitness and wellness products.
